The Piano Craft Seminar

General Information
In addition to the main curriculum, we also offer optional hands-on training opportunities for students who need some in-person help. This multi-day seminar is open to all students of piano technology, but preference is given to students of the school in the event of limited available slots.
The focus of the Piano Craft Seminar is to help students apply what they've learned in the curriculum in a real-world setting. This is a great way to get real feedback from real piano technicians as you work in small group settings or one-on-one with an instructor.
The Piano Craft Seminar usually runs between three and five days and covers piano tuning, regulation, voicing, and more. It is ideal for students who have finished at least half of the curriculum and need a confidence boost before working on pianos in the real world. This is a great way to kick off your new career, and we highly recommend it for all students.
